Through the Development Department - Office of Alumni Relations, the College develops, oversees and coordinates opportunities which engage alumni. Working with internal LAGCC offices, CUNY, the LAGCC Alumni Association and other external organizations, the Office of Alumni Relations strives to foster lifelong partnerships with LaGuardia Community College alumni through: 

• Communication - LaGuardia Connections e-newsletter, mailings, phone-a-thons and social networks.
• Programs - Continuing and professional education courses, student mentoring opportunities, and job and internship placements.
• Engagement - Alumni networking events, in-class presentation opportunities and reunions.
• Support - Philanthropic support for student scholarships, programs and resources through the LaGuardia Community College Foundation.
