Goes over the online-only functionalities of the Office Online Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Please note: You will need to sign into Office 365 with your CUNY-provided Microsoft account credentials, which are the same as your CUNY Login in order to access the Stream channels and the registration form (Username:Firstname.Lastnameemail@example.com).

CUNY’s EAP (Employee Assistance Program) provider CCA@YourService offers free assistance, resources, referrals, and counseling available to you any time, any day, for any issue—all provided by qualified professionals.

Visit the Aware Mindfulness Channel on the CCA@YourService website homepage to access short, audio mindfulness exercises that will help you focus, release tension and 'reset' for improved wellbeing. Although the channel text is in English, sessions are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin and Italian. Please note although the web page lists these as Featured Videos, they are in fact audio files.
